FURTHER RUSSIAN DEMANDS. (Per Press Association.) JLiondon, May 17. An official Japanese telegram states that a satisfactory agreement with the Powers has been finally concluded. It is reported that Japan will withdraw from Corea at the end of the year. It also reported that Russia demands the cession of the Island oi Quaelpert, off South Corea. Shanghai, May 17. The Chinese soldiers have broken out in revolt and are looting the town of Shanaikan, from which the residents are fleeing. St. Petersburg, April 17. Russia demands a protectorate over Corea.
