- — >•> A meeting of the committee of the Pohangina Small Farm Association. (No. 2) was held at Mr Culling's, Pohangina Township, on Saturday last. Present — Messrs 0. Selby (chairman), Wagstaff, Stan ton, Mai, and Alexander. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The Chairman reported that one member of the Association had not'paid the instalment on his section, due in December last, though repeatedly applied to for same. Resolved, That the chairman write to the member and inform him that if the instalment (with interest) be not paid to the chairman on or before the 25 th day of May, 1895, the committee will take steps at once to have the section forfeited and put up for sale, in accordance with the rules of the Association. It was further resolved, That in the event of the above-mentioned instalment not being paid by the 25th, the chairman, with Messrs Wagstaff and Stanton, visit the section and value same and report at next meeting. Proposed by A. Wagstaff, seconded by W. Stanton, That at next general meeting Mr E. Hopkins be nominated additional member of the committee, and power be given to the chairman to give casting vote. The proceedings then terminated.
