The Prohibition Question.
o (Per Press Association.) v Ottawa, April 24. After three years' enquiry, the Commission appointed by the Canadian Government reports that Prohibition j would injure business, extinguish a f large source of municipal revenue, and involve payment of compensation. The Commission suggests that high license fees should be charged in order to keep the liquor traffic down.
