■♦ H. W Parsons was allowed to transfer section 24, Coonoor Aesocia tion. to his two sons. H. J. Bodmin and P. O'Dowd's were granted until Ist July to pay rent due on section 15, Block XIV , Mangafaao, and section 18, Block IV, Masterton Reform Association respectively. Hornblow and Wilson, Masterton, were granted a yearly lease of section 17. Block XIV., Mikiuiiki T. Young was granted until Ist of June to pay reut due on section 10, Block VII, Palmerston Knights of Labor Association. Mrs C. Mansfield was granted time to pay rent on section 1613, Block IX, Kairanga. P. Lundoa was granted another month's time to pay rent on section •23, Block XVI, Somerville AssociaGum, It was decided to approre of mortgages under the Advances to Settlers' Ace, on legal advice. A. R. Mackay, Marton, and C. E. Nicholas, Bulls, were allowed to lease the grazing rights on their sections. It was decided to sell the totara reserve near Eketahuna in two lots, at an early date. It was decided to take no actionin regard to James McCardle's residence on section ?, Block I, Puketoi, at present, owing- to special circumstances and grant till September to pay arrears. The following applications for land were approred . — C. Hartshorn, W. C. Seatoa, G. H. Archer, and A. G. Smith, Kakanui Village Settlement ; G. Wisdom and H. Clifton, Marshall Settlement ; J. W. Strudwick, Mangaweka ; J. Mcßeth, G. Biahop, and W. Welsh, Block VIII, Puketoi, 360 acres ; D. Christie, 400 acres, Block JX, Tararua ; W. C. Zabell, 150 acres, Block !I, Tiffin ; B. Clarkson, 100 acres, Block VII, Hautapu j A. K. Hansen, 430 acres, Block XII, Puketoi ; T. Hanson, 120 acres, Block VI, Makuri.— Standard.
