F. R. Jackson nncl Co. report on their Johnsonville stock sale : — The cattle were nearly all of prime quality, and sold at last sale's rates. We have no improvement in sheep to report. The entries were chiefly ewes and some light half fat wethers. Pigs were at lower values. Cattle— Best bullocks, .£7 15s to .£8 5s ; others, £1 7s 6d ; 1 ght cattle, L 6 f>3 to L 7. Sheep — Ewes, 7s to 7s Sd ; light wethers 8s to 9s : lambs, 6s 6d Tigs— Porkers, 14s Gd to 10s ; others, 9 0 - Gd to l'is Cd ; small pigs, 4s to Bs.
