Butter Market.

(Per i Jress Association.) Lomdoij, April 20. Mr Young mentions in lieb butter report that there is a fishy flavour in much of the Australian butter which requires investigation. . Mr Burney Young, of South Australia, in a report on the butter trade, says the exporters must eventually adopt the Pasteur svstein. He thinks there is a good opening for Australian produce in retail shops in London and the provinces, but regards London as the bent centre for distribution.
