A Serious Charge.
IPEB PEEB3 ASSOCIATION .I DuNEDiN, April 22. Two brothers, Henry, and Charles Parkes, were arrested at Seachff for placing sleepers on the railway line there on the 13th. They were brought up to-day and remanded to the 30th.
