The annual meeting of householders ; was held last evening, there being only ; four present — Messrs Church, Kilgour, | Jas. Barrow, and Tappin. Mr Tappin was elected chairman and secretary for the ensuing year, and Mr Barrow treas--1 arer. Ifc was decided to forward the , names of Messrs John Barrow, W. ; Mitchell, and W. Gibson, to the Board . to fill up the vacancy. It was also x decided to nominate Mr Pirani to represent them on the Board.
