Good Templars Conference.

Per Press Association.) Dunedin, April 19. Th© Gooi Templars Conierence e.ec.ecl Bro Thomson (Wellington) Electoral Superintendent, and Bro Le Boy (Nelson) Grand Marshall. The next session will be held in Wellington in 1897. A resolution was carried strongly approving ot the Union Company's circular, and calling upon the Shipping Companies to take immediate steps to abolish the sale of liquor on vessels. It was decided to ask ' the Government to prohibit tbe sale and supply of liquor, and refuse the issue of licenses on native lands throughout the colony.
