(Per Press Association.) Calcutta, April 18. The Government distrust Umra Khan'e professions of peace and his assurance of his intention to flee the country if they are not agreed to. April 19Colonel Kelly with a force of 500 en. gaged 1500 ot the enemy entrenched in a deep gorge at Nisngal and defeated them, the casualties on the British sida numbering only twenty. It is reported that Umra Khan has fled to Asmar in Dagaur. The resistance is limited to the Chitralis, who are opposing Colonel Kelly's advance.
