Tired of His Wife.

(Post Correspondent.) Melrouene, April 5. At the criminal sitting of the Adelaide Supreme Court, Charles Henry Horroeks was charged with attempting to administer poison to his wife, Amy Horroeks, wiih intent to poison her. The prosecutrix stated that accused had intimated to her that he was tired of her, and that he had a bottle of spirits of salts, and had at different times given her tea and coffee in which there was a disagreeable substance. Accused was acquitted, but the Crown Prosecutor said that another charge against him would be held over.
