ACCIDENT TO THE STEAMER STRATHORD. COLONEL SHERRINGTON WITHDfI&WS fkom the MALAGASY SERVICE. (Per Press Association). London, April 8. The steamer Strafchord, from Lyttelton, has called in at Saint Vincent with her propella broken. It will bo necessary for her to'discharge a portion of her cargo. Capetown, April 8. Colonel Sherrington has withdrawn from the Malagasy seryice owing to disagreement with the authorities.
