CHINESE TREACHERY. (Per Press Association., Shanghai, April 5. The Chinese at Haishang fired on the Jap's officers, who held a flag of truce with the view of communicating in regard to the armistice. Five transport vessels crowded with cavalry and infantry left the seaport of Shimonoseki, in Japan, before the armistice was arranged.
