Fire at Napier.

(PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION) Napieb, Thin Day. The Union Rowing Club's shed and plant were totally destroyed by fire at 3.30 this morning. The fire was first obseryed at 2 o'clock by the railway employees, who hastened to the spot, but could only save one pleasure boat. There was an insurance of £300 on the eight racing boats and £115 on the building, oais, and gear, in the Northern Co. It is believed a tramp slept underneath the shed, leaving a match burning after lighting his pipe.
