Owing to tbe doubtful appearance of the weather on Saturday afternoon some of the local cricketers did not put in an appearance on the ground, therefore the match Trades v. Offices did not eventuate. However a scratch match was arranged on the ground, sides being chosen dy Messrs Roe and Wellsman, the former team with 75 runs beating the latter, who made 73 after a capital game.
