Tbe French Minister for the Colonies intends to reply to the statement in the Chamber of Deputies. March 31. The Cabinet bad two hours' meeting yesterday, discussing the Armenian atrocities and French aggressions. - Le Temps says friendly agreement with regard to the Nile valley is still possible if both nations (England and France) conduct negotiations without acrimony.
