(Per Press Association). Wellington, March 29. Regulations by order in Council are gazetted reducing the rate of interest payable on the common fund by the Public Trust Office up to £'3000 in one estate. The interest is to be 4£ per cent, and on sums over that amount 4 per cent On the excess in lunatic intestate 3§ per cent, is to be paid on sums above £50, and in* testates estates the rates above speoified.
