Prince Bismarck & the Emperor William.

(Per Press Association). Uerlin March 26. While at Fredericksruhe, Emperor [ William presented Bismarck with the [ sword of honor. The ceremony took place in the presence of the troops, and was of a brilliant character. March 27. Speaking at Fredßricbsmbe the Emperor William said he would use the sword to prevent internal revolt in the Fatherland. Prince Bismarck replied that the salvation of Germany depended on the adherence to the dynasty. In replying to the members of the Reichstag ami the Prussian Diet who waited upon him with their congratulations, Prince Bismarck urged them to to cling fast to the Imperial ideal, and not remain content with sectional interests. The aged statesman wept when recalling the memory of Emperor William 1. The Kaiser is on a visit to Prince Bismarck.
