In the Supreme Court the case in which Sir Walter Buller sued a fanner for 11000 damages for destruction caused to his property 36 Papmlonga Lake hy a bush fire, alleged to have been started by Jillet, the jury, after a trinl extending over three days, returned a verdict for defendant [ with costs.
