.» [Per Press Aesociation.] Calcutta, March 20. The Ruler of Cashmere is preparing three brigades to expel Umra Khan from Cbitral. Mr Robertson, the British Agent, is shut up with a small guard in a Chitral fort. The Indian Government has issued a proclamation stating the expedition is not hostile to the people of Chitral, but implies the country will be permanently occupied and Umra punished in order to prevent further aggressions^
