Blair, 20yds (who nominated from i Wellington), proved himself a " goer " and, aftor winning his hoat, came home in the final, with I. Watts 15 yards (Feilding), second, and Detten, 16yd8, third. The second distance, 350yds, was an easy ona for Webster, 17yds (New Plymouth), with Flana gan, 15yd8, second, and A. W. Watts, 1 lyds, third. Detten, 9yds, McPhee, » 9£, Redwood, 10$, Blair, 11, 1. Watts, 1 9, and Webster, 6£, were in the final I for the 100yds, the third event for the \ handicap, with the result — I. Watts first, Blair second, and Webster third. r Time, lOsecs.
