An Appeal to the Government.
(Per Press Association). Napier. March 11. At a monthly meeting of the Chnrit- - able Aid Board to-day, it was resolved, on the motion of the Hon. J. D. Ormond, to invoke the aid of the Government by requesting them to make grauts of land on which to settle the unemployed of Hawke's Bay, and thus enable them to make a living for themselves and families, mmmtm^ m^ mmmm
