I (PEB PEEBB ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, This Day. At the S.M. Court tbis morning the case against an officer of the Salvation Army for obstructing the thoroughfare on a recent Saturday night was dismissed. Several witnesses who were called for the defence swore that there was no obstruction. A similar charge against a leader of the Central City Mission was withdrawn.
