(Per Press Association). London, March 6. The Premier is slowly recovering from his attack of influenza. The death is announced of Dr Tuke, editor of the Journal of Mental Science, aged 68. General Laye, who formerly served in New Zealand, and Mr Hyde Clarke, the ; well-known philologist, linguist, and engineer, are dead. ' Pakis, March 6. President Faure is attacked with ] influenza. '
