Manchester Rifles.
The sixth and final competition for the General Feilding trophy, a haudsome silver inkstand, took place on the Feilding range yesterday, aud resulted in a well -deserved win for Corporal Parker. The conditions were the four best out of six competitions, Snider rifles. Following are the scores : —
Total scores for four highest competitors—Parker, 300; Richards, '284; Aitken, 282 ; Petherick, 259. A practice match (Martini) was fired after the above, with the following result : —
