(PEE PBEBB ASSOCIATION.) Sydney, February 28. The Legislative Assembly to-night is discussing Sir G. Bibbs' wnnfc of Confidence motion. This Day. The debate on the no-confidence motion has been adjourned to Tuesday, when a division will be taken. The Government expected a majority of 40, but there is now somo doubt about tho solidarity of the Labor Party, who may vote against the Government. This would reduce the majority to ton only.
