Time, 2miu 2sec. Dividend, m. Reality won the Maiden Hack, defeating fourteen others, and paying £31 17s. The enquiry into the riding of Wheriko iv the Hack race resulted in the jockey Lindsay being disqualified for two months. This Day. The bookmakers were refused admission to the second day's races of the Manawatu Racing Club's autumn meeting to-day. Pollock, a bookmaker, waited on the committee to-day iv reference to the matter, and it was resolved to admit the bookmakers on the condition that their betting was confined to the total isator.
