+ (Per Press Association.) Melbourne, This Day. A hairdresser named Croniu has ininvented a bullet-proof coat whioh he claims to be superior to anything yet discovered. A bullet from a MartiniHenry failed to penetrate or even break '. the surface at two hundred yards. The cuirass is said to be as light as an ordinary military jacket. •-M-«-i m _i _i __^_o__aß
