fPEE PHESS ASSOCIATION. 1 Sydney, This Day. News from Noumea states the Governor has received a cable from France stating that no more convicts will be sent out. The news was hailed with satisfaction. It is also understood that a cable has been received ordering 2000 good-conduct men to be sent to Madagascar to make roads for the French troops who are to operate against the Hovas. __________„ I
