Rifle Association.

o (Per Press Association). Napier, February 21. Major Sommerville the executive officer of the New Zealand Rifle Association has arranged with the Union S.S Co. to grant saloon return fares to all southern competitors at the annual " Bisley," which opens at Trentban on March 14th, for 255. The Union Company have also gratuitously granted the winner of the Union Co.'scup now and in future free passage between Lyttelton and Wellington Gray, of the Dunedin Rifle Club, is the present bolder of tbe Cup. George Baggott ba9 been appointed local secretary in Wellington. The bronze medals recently inaugurated are to be presented at the same time as the other prizes.
