(.Per Press Association). I hristchxjrch, February 18. At the Supreme Court to day the Grand Jury f jund true bills in all the cases on the calendar exc9pt those against 0. H. Wagstaff for unlawfully wounding Charles Langdon for attempted burglary, and W. Hamilton for wounding a horse. In the charge of murder against F. Schnier no bill was found. The Crown prosecutor altered the indictment to man. slaughter and the Grand Jury returned a true bill. Albert Pimm, for breaking and entering a house at Gibbes Valley and stealing .£l2O in notes, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment and ordered to restore the money. Augustus Peterson, fra stealing a bicycle was admitted to problr tion for six months. Peter Jensen for forging an order for the delivery of goods, was sentenced to six months, and John Galloway, for breaking and entering to twelve months' imprisonment.
