An Important Case.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, February 14. Justice Conolly gave judgment for de fendant in tbe case Queen v. Union (Steamship Company for maintenance ofa passenger under the provisions of the Imbecile Passenger Act, He said he did not think it was a case in which costs should bo allowed against the Crown The Company had paid £100 in satisfac tion of the claim.
