I From Our Own Correspondent] The scholars at the Birmingham Sunday School have decided to hold a social on the 19th instant, in the Wesley an Church, and the occasion will bo taken advantage of to bid farewell to Miss Palmer, and to make her a suitable present in recognition of her valuable services in the school. Householders had better beware. Last night a well-filled larder was emptied, and a short time ago Mr Lowes had a potato patch iug up and and a sack of well-grown tubers, carried away.
