Loss of a Barque.

(PFB PEEBS ASSOCIATION). Brisiunk, Feb. 10. The barque Sarah Ridgeway, which left Newcastle for Singapore with a cargo of coal, was wrecked on the New Bellona reef on January 26th. The captain and his wife, with the survivors of the crew, arrived at Bundaberg yesterday, after being rive days in a boat. Strutter and Bailey, seamen, and Olsen, carpenter were washed overboard from the barque and drowned. Ristols, one of the crew, had his leg broken and has been removed to the hospital. The barque was dismiibicd and sprung a leak during the gale, aud was abaadoued m a sinking condition. This Day. The crew of the Ridgeway underwent some terrible experiences before they left the vessel. The captain's wife endeavoured to set RestaU's leg, but ineffectually, It was principally owing to her efforts the injured man was brought ashore alive. The log was amputated but mortification has set in and the man is in a critical state. N-Awiiu, This Day. The barque Sarah Ridgeway, wrecked on the Queensland coast, was the vessel which caught fire while lying alongside the Napier wharf in October last.
