Messrs Abraham and Williams report: On Tuesday,, at Colyton, a moderate muster of cattle came forward. Bidding was slack, though the bulk was cleared at or after the auction. An average en. try of sheep was penned. Shorn lambs, showing soundness and quality, were fairly active. Store wethers failed to make the advance anticipated. Ewes of all classes were neglected outright. Cattle— 22-year steers, £3 14s ; 2-year do., £2 15s ; 18-montbs steers, .£2 3s ; 18-month mixed, 395 ; weaners, 21s; store cows, £3; fat dp., £4. Sheep — 2- tooth ewes, 6s ; 2-tooths (mixed sexes), 5s 9d to 6s 9d ; 2-tooth wethers, 6s 9d to 7s ; fat ewes, 4s 7d to ss ;~ shorn lambs, 3s 3d ; in wool, 3s 9d.
