The Premiers' Conference.
(Per Press Association). Hoßaet, J unitary 31. The Premiers' Conference is still sitting in camera. Ivlr Turner, Premier of Vicoria, speaking at the Federal Council, paid they hoped to be able to announce thoir decision to-morrow. I he Conference is regarded by some members as overshadowing and nulhfyiug the Council, hence a strong antag-'nism is shown. All the delegates to the Postal Conference have arrived, except Mr Ward, who is expected to morrow.
