o (Per Press Association.) Melbourne, Jan. 31. A Millownera' AfrSociation has been formed with a view of amending the unsatisfactory and unprofitable state into which the milling business has drifted. It was decided that until July Ist the terms of the sale of flour shall not exceed one month from date. The delivery prices were fixed at £,5 15s There was a feeling in favor of a higher price, it being alleged that the amount named barely covered cost.
