A Singular Accident.

(Per Press Association.) New Plymouth, This Day. Whilst a five-horse wagon was going over the bridge across the Kaikiki river, near Okato, it collapsed. The leaders managed to gain the opposite side of the bridge, which rested on earth, but the polers fell down on the stringers below, The team was eventually rescued, but tbe horses were much cut about. The kingbolt of the wagon also broke. Julian, who was driving, luckily escaped uninjured. __________^
