I Per Pkess Association. | Ijjvercabgill, January 22. An alleged criminal assault on a young girl in the suburbs, with most outrageous circumstances, is reported, and an arrest will probably follow to-morrow. It is said that a married man smashed in a window with an axe and threatened to murder the inmates of the room (two girls) if they thwarted him. One got away and gave the alarm
