A Serious Accident.
» (PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION) Westport, January 17. A serious accident happened this afternoon to Mr J. J. Moynihan, a well-known local solicitor. He was riding along the Nine-Mile road with Dr Willis, when his horse bolted. Dr Willis, on coming up near Mr Moynihan's horse, found it riderless. Returning, the doctor found Mr Moynihan lying beside the road, having been thrown otf the horse. The injured gentleman was conveyed to town, when an examination revealed serious iujury to the spine. The sufferer lies in a critical condition.
