(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Dunedin, January 16. The half-holiday was generally observed to-day throughout the city. Napier, This Day. The Borough Council has fixed Wednesday for the half-holiday. Auckland. This Day Possibly the Auckland City Council may decline to select a day for the weekly half-holiday and throw the onus on the Government to fix the day. i -■. . . s?
