France in a Revolutionary State.
(Per Press Association,) Paris, January 14, A member of the Chamber of Deputies who holds Socialistic views has been suspended on the grounds of insulting behaviour. A section of the press continue to make insulting remarks regarding the President and his treatment of the Chamber. M. Blowitz, Paris correspondent of the London Times, declares France to be in a revolutionary state.
