I Per Press Association. | Paris, January 14. A biscuit tin tilled with powder was placed on a windowsill in the Rue Mouceau, near the house of Judge Attlan, who tried Ravachol. A porter threw the tin into the street, where it exploded, doing immense damage to the fronts of the houses along the whole of the street, but fortunately without hurting anyone.
