Two agitators, named Musbovich and Sitna, alleged to be in Russian pay, are being tried at Belgrade on a charge of attempting fo administer a dose of poison to Kins Alexander in his wine. The general opinion was that Westmere, who was placed third, had won, many asserting by a neck though those in the best position to judge gave it as a short head victory.
