The Bradatreet Circular states that the stocks of wheat in America and Canada east of the Rockies outside the farmers' hands amount to 113,000,009 bushels which has never hitherto been equalled. Frozen mutton — First quality, B^d; second qua4fe3Ad. LauJb, first quality 4£d. Hemp is unchanged. Sugar— Best German beat, 8s 9d; Juva lis 9d. No. 1 best Scotch pig iron, f.o.b. in Clyde 41s lo£d. Tbe salesmen recommend tbat shipments of ducks, fowls, goslings and turkeys should be timed to arrive Home be tween the middle of Maroh and the end of April. Turkey 8 when sent #oine ought; to bave the necks wrung, and not the thr oatss cut, as the blood spoils the appearance of the heads. They ought to be wrapped in absorbent paper. The geese by the Austral brought 6d per -lb.
