Reeves writes to tho Herald disclaiming tho statement published by tho morning papers that ho devoted the major portion of his address in the Trades Hall to answering attacks made by tho Argus on New Zealand. He emphatically pointed out that in the Uudesirablo Emigrants Bill all Victorian tourists were specially exempted.
