Action against the Union Bank of Australia.
LPEB PRKSa ASSOCIATION. J Wellington. This Day. A case in which Victor N. Brauud claims from the Union Bank of Australia £500 for salary and £1000 for agreement as to employment is being heard in the Supreme Court. The plaintiff alleges tho bank agreed to engage him for five years as Secretary and Resident luspector when ho obtained a certificate as efficient for tho position ; that he had obtained such certificate, and the agreement was not fulfilled.
