RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for Champion Race anc all Handicaps,including Jumping events must be sent to the Secretary on oi before TUESDAY, 11th DECEMBER not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitor! are requested to forward Postal Note! and not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Event, and full entry money for Cham pion Race, to be paid on Nomination accompanied by a statement of Publi< Performances for the last two yean (matches included) with dates and Lo calities of such Performances ; the re mainder of Entrance fee on Acceptance which can be made on the ground Other events post entries. Colors mus be named on Nomination. The Committee reserve the right t( run any race under 300 yards in heats. The Bicycle Races will be run undo the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union. The particular attention of .competi tors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads — "Every Competitor must wear com plete clothing from the shoulders t< the knees ; that is, jersey (sleeved t< elbow), and loose drawers or trunks Neglect of this Rule renders the com petitor liable to be excluded from tak ing part in the Sports." The Wrestling Event will be con ducted under the recognised Rules. Any Competitor found guilty of send ing in false Performances, running under an assumed name, or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life The Committee reserve the right t( require any competitor, either befon or after any event, to make a decla ration as to his identity and the cor rectness of his description of his Per formancos.
