The Wreck of the Wairarapa MORE BODIES FOUND.
(Per Press Association. Auckland, Novomber 26. Tho (Jovornmeut steamer Hinemoa was at tho Groat Barrier yesterday. Captain Fairchild states that two bodies havo beou recoverod, those of wou, which ho describes as having the appearauco of steerage passengers. Both bodies woro buried by the natives at Catherine Bay, under the supervision of Mr Rayward, of Christchurch. Captain Fairchild states that if Rayward had not been down there looking for his wife an 4 children the bodies would probably not have been interred, so great is tho aversion of tho Maoris to the dead. The Maoris are very much in need of food. They will not fish for some weeks to come iv t^o waters round the Barrier, and they are practically subsisting a.t at present on sweet potatoes,
