The New Zealand Railways.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, Novt-mt>er 21. The Post says a statement reaches us to the effect that the probable outcome of Ministerial deliberations on tho railways will be the appointment of Mr Cadmau as Minister for Railways, Mr Ronayne as general manager, and Mr Scott to a prominent position in the service.
